F.A.Q.s

What is your process?

  1. Place your order via the “Order and Quotes” form

  2. I will send you an email with the information needed

  3. You will send your STL files with reference images or text for painting

    • Be detailed, and I will let you know if that is within the scope of quick color or full detail.

  4. I will confirm models are within the purchased categories and are printable

    • Extra expenses will be noted here for custom jobs, extra detail (beyond the usual scope), a significant amount of specialty paint required (metals or effects), or excess revisions requested.

    • You agree to the final price (usually just the previous order total)

    • If not agreed, the $30 will be returned.

  5. I print and paint the models within a week.

    • I’ll send a picture of the finished products for approval.

    • If a response is not heard within three days, I will assume the models are approved and mail them out to avoid delay.

    • Only one minor revision session is allowed per project. Additional revisions will cost $10 per model.

  6. The models are mailed out in an eco-friendly manner as possible.

What can you print?

  • I mainly print and paint minis from tiny to huge, but I can also do custom/larger orders via request.

  • If you are sending me a custom model you made, please make sure it is completely solid. If it needs to be hollowed, I will do that. models that have pockets of holes inside trap resin, which expands over time and can cause the model to explode.

What is the difference between quick color and full detail?

  • Both:

    • A quality paint job

  • Quick:

    • Great for more simple models, NPCs, and most monsters.

    • One color per the following sections: hair, skin, armor, weapon.

    • Two colors per weapon

  • Full:

    • Terrain added to the base (Sand, Wood chips, grass, etc.)

    • Eye color: White eyeballs for tiny-medium, eye details for larger models

How do I get you the mini to print?

  • After you place the order, I will send you an email to which you should attach the STL files you own.

How do I know what size to select?

  • Please utilize the size chart to determine. If your mini is outside the normal scope (e.g., tall and thin, short and wide, etc.), I will contact you and let you know of any cost changes. Cost is based on resin volume usage and print time, so those factors will be used to assess outside-the-normal mini sizing.

What type of resin is used?

  • I use a tough, flexible resin to ensure minis are less likely to break.

How do I let you know what colors I want my mini?

  • I will reach out to you with an email in which you will attach picture references or a typed description.

How are custom orders priced?

  • We will email to discuss a price based on resin cost, estimated print time, and paint package. If we do not come to an agreement, I will reimburse you the submission cost.
